Founder & Lead Designer
Roses Garden Enterprises was founded by Praiseworth Phumelele Bantu Phungula (well known as S'fiso) in 2008 on the South Coast of KwaZulu-Natal in Port Shepstone. Initially established as a construction company, RGE shifted its direction after moving to Pietermaritzburg.
After pursuing Information Technology studies at PC Training, Phumelele pivoted RGE toward Web Technology. Realizing the intense competition in the construction sector, RGE replaced construction operations with high-value business development solutions, focusing primarily on Web Design, Business Support, and Digital Marketing.
Our vision as web designers is to paint a perfect picture for our clients and ensure they gain the exposure they desire through web technology. We aim to keep our prices reasonable, stand above our competition, and keep our customers happy at all times by delivering what is needed, right when it's needed.
As entrepreneurs, we aim to work one-on-one with our clients around the country and the world, building a strong mutually beneficial network. Most importantly, RGE wants to break the myth that websites are only for big companies—digital power belongs to everyone.
Work is scarce, and we want to inspire the youth as the true future of this nation. RGE strives to restore our youth to real life where we empower each other, support one another's ventures, rebuild our nation, and create sustainable employment opportunities.
We aim to put South Africa prominently on the global technology map alongside leaders like Facebook, Google, and YouTube. With our high standard of technology and positive client feedback, we believe we are well on our way.
Our mission is simple and clear: no time to sleep. By constantly opening our minds to new ideas and learning every day, we master our craft. We put ourselves in our clients' shoes, researching and executing solutions tailored precisely to their needs.
We work one-on-one with clients to develop them technologically. We maintain simple, effective daily methods and remain available whenever technical assistance or strategic business support is required.
We invest time in developing platforms that benefit our communities (such as Flix101). Through workshops and programs, we help youth build skills in Technology, Entrepreneurship, and Communications—curing communication gaps to help businesses thrive.
